HOW TO TAKE AMIX PERFORMANCE SLOW PALATINOSE GEL?

• For 90-120 min workouts, take 1 gel 15 min before exercise.

• For 2 hour workouts , take 1 gel every 40 minutes during the first half of the workout .

INGREDIENTS AMIX PERFORMANCE SLOW PALATINOSE GEL

Purified water, isomaltulose (Palatinose) 29%, concentrated orange juice 18%, stabilizer: xanthan gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate; acidulant: citric acid; ascorbic acid (vit. C); aroma, sweetener: sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6).
