It contains an ideal matrix with three types of carbohydrates: Maltodextrin, Isomaltulose and Fructose. With up to 8 times less sugar than conventional soft drinks, but also the big difference with the added sugars in commercial drinks is that Isomaltulose and Fructose are slowly absorbed (provide long-term energy), so they do not produce peaks of insulin, being more satiating and healthy than soft drinks and energy drinks on the market.
