What is GLUTAMINE + BCAA 100 TripleCaps?

Glutamine+BCAA TripleCaps, from Vitobest®, is made from L-Glutamine and BCAAs. The first is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and to prevent muscle protein catabolism. The latter constitute a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) that are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and reduction or eradication from fatigue.

In addition to enhancing protein synthesis (its main function), both ingredients help prevent a decrease in plasma glutamine concentration during long-term intense exercise ¹ , resulting in a significant improvement in physical performance. Our formula uses only 100% Ajinomoto® amino acids (a renowned brand that obtains its amino acids by fermenting vegetables).
