What is Gold Drink 500 gr?

Goldrink GoldNutrition® is an isotonic drink that provides mineral salts and sugars,
ideal to be ingested during physical exercise. Its formula contains a combination of different types of sugars (glucose, fructose and maltodextrin), with a 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio, which allows it to optimize its absorption. It also contains an excellent concentration of minerals such as sodium and magnesium. Unlike what happens with most isotonic drinks on the market, Goldrink GoldNutrition® does not contain artificial sweeteners.

How to use

Drink during exercise in small sips, every 15 - 20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training consume 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hour of training consume 2 servings, after 3 hours of training consume 3 servings per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 level measure (40 g) per 500 ml of water. Mix well.

This product can be taken continuously throughout the sports season, without the need for raisins or interruptions. It can be used from the age of 15 with dose adaptation.
