ND4 ^® GEL TRIPLE ZERO 1:0.8 has been formulated taking these effects into account, concentrating the ingredients that contribute to their compensation during physical effort.

Its composition is free of sweeteners, colorings and added flavor; offering a soft and pleasant flavor from the different sources of carbohydrates.

The integral formula of ND4 ^® GEL TRIPLE ZERO provides:

• A carbohydrate matrix in a 1:0.8 glucose vs. fructose ratio in line with the latest published studies ^1,2,3 on carbohydrate oxidation efficiency. This proportion facilitates the absorption of carbohydrates by reducing the saturation of transporters at the cellular level, achieving a greater and more efficient contribution of energy per unit of time, being able to reach 120g/h ⁴ with adequate digestive training.

Each sachet provides 30 grams of carbohydrates, facilitating different combinations to reach 60, 90 and 120g/h.

• Biologically active branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 8:1:1 ratio, achieving an extra supply of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.) and L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality ^® ).

• Per envelope, 150 mg of sodium (Na+) favoring the athlete's hydration. It also includes magnesium helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
