The fresh-out-of-the-oven brownie is an irresistible sweet that one hardly leaves anything on the tray. It's a worthy reward at the end of a busy day.

With Vegan Protein Brownie Baking Mix, you can quickly and easily make a delicious treat with just a little oil and water, and it's free of gluten, palm oil and added sugar.* Contains 7.9g*** of protein, which mostly comes from pea protein isolate and rice protein. We do not want to say that you can eat as much as you want, but sometimes you can perfectly incorporate it into your balanced diet.

Heat the oven to 200 °C or 190 °C if it is with air circulation. Mix 1 serving (120g = 8 heaped scoops) of powder with 160ml (= 18 scoops) of water and 25g = (4 scoops) of sunflower oil, until a lump-free mass is obtained. Pour the dough into a 12x14 cm silicone or oiled pan, and bake for 40 minutes in a normal oven or 25 minutes with air circulation. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut it into portions. Instead of sunflower oil, you can use 30 g of coconut oil.
