Vitargo® is a unique carbohydrate , with zero sugars. Vitargo® is a long complex carbohydrate with low osmolality (osmolality is the number of dissolved particles in a solution - the more molecules the higher the osmolality).

The size of the carbohydrate, or its osmolality, does not define its speed and performance after consumption. These are physical measures that do not translate into metabolic effects. Other large, starchy carbohydrates (waxy maize starch), or modified maize starch (highly branched cyclic dextrin) have low osmolality but show very different effects after consumption compared to Vitargo . Vitargo has been the subject of numerous university studies comparing it to other carbohydrates in male and female athletes.

Vitargo Carboloader is designed to be used before or during intense exercise or competition, and can be consumed at more than 3350 kJ/800 kcal per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of training or competition. Carboloader can also be used after training or competition, combined with your favorite protein in one product. Carboloader can also be used 2-3 days prior to competition to increase the body's glycogen stores.

How to use:

Orally. Put in a bottle 1/3 of water. Add powder, shake vigorously for 1 minute, then make up to 700 mL. Recommendation for use: drink one serving of sports drink per hour of physical exercise. To Carb Load: Drink 1-2 servings a day, 2-3 days before competition.
