Magnesium flakes to add to bath water, which help to naturally reinforce the skin's protective barrier.

Ideal for taking a bath or for soaking your feet and relieving pain and fatigue.
Helps calm and relax muscles.
- In the bathtub, add 250g of magnesium flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath.
Relax for 20 minutes.
You can increase the amount for a more intense experience.
- Foot bath, add 150g magnesium flakes (about 1 cup) to approx.
5 liters of water, enough to cover the feet.
Sit back and relax for 20 minutes. Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture from the air if left open.
Store in a dry place and promptly reseal open bags
