Herbotopa from El Naturalista is a product based on traditional plants that can improve manifestations associated with the female menstrual cycle. Mustard seeds are used for their stimulating and aperitif action.
Nettle, due to its tannin content, has toning and hemostatic properties.
Dandelion, Levistico, Marjoram and Chamomile, because they contain bitter substances, are used as stomach tonics.
As for Yarrow and Salvia, they are attributed the properties of restoring menstrual normality, and acting as tonics.
Mint and Rosemary, due to their menthol and phenolic acid content respectively, are considered invigorating. It is recommended to leave boiling.
