Green Tea.
Put a teaspoon or bamboo chashaku (approximately 1g) of matcha tea in a bowl or cup. Add 80 ml of water at a temperature between 60 and 75 degrees.
Mix with the matcha whisk or a kitchen whisk for 10 to 15 seconds using a zig-zag motion, not a circular motion, until a shallow foam is created.
Mix the matcha tea powder, in smoothies, vegetable drink or in your sweets prepared in the oven.
