What is Rest with lavender, magnesium and vitamin B6 ?

Nature's Bounty® Rest food supplement is the perfect complement to support your rest. This formula contains lavender, magnesium, and vitamins B3 and B6, which help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contains 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) from a plant extract. 5-HTP is not present in significant amounts in a typical diet, but is produced by the body from the amino acid tryptophan. 5-HTP is the precursor of the hormone serotonin.

It is recommended to take it at night or before going to bed, since magnesium, vitamins B3 and B6 will help normal energy functioning and magnesium to muscle function, to be as good as new when you get up the next day.
