This makes it easy for you to plan your training and competition nutrition and you can easily decide whether you want to consume 30, 60 or 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. The amount of carbohydrates contained can be identified by a unique point system and the name of the product. C90 represents 90 grams of carbohydrate per unit and is marked with three dots. How to use:
