What is Quamtrax IsoPro CFM?

The new Isopro CFM™ is a whey protein isolate obtained by cross-flow microfiltration in order to avoid protein denaturation, a process in which the percentages of fat and lactose are almost completely eliminated, making it a Product of rapid absorption and perfect digestion.
