What is Guarana Energy Gel ?

Due to the importance of carbohydrate intake during physical exercise in endurance sports, energy gels are the best ally to provide a high concentration of carbohydrates in a light and practical format.

The intake of carbohydrates during physical activity helps to cover the energy demand, due to the fact that glycogen reserves are limited, allowing optimization of sports performance.

GUARANA ENERGY GEL has been designed to improve performance, reducing tiredness and fatigue. It provides 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, coming from maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, ideal for maximizing carbohydrate absorption and avoiding gastrointestinal problems.

It also provides BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), whose function is to contribute to muscle recovery and delay fatigue during prolonged exercise; and a mixture of Guarana extract and Caffeine, which contribute to improving performance, reducing fatigue and providing energy.

In addition, TAURINE ENERGY GEL contains 50 mg of Sodium, a mineral that is especially important when it comes to maintaining the hydro-electrolytic balance and avoiding hyponatremia (too low a concentration of sodium in the blood); Vitamin C, for its antioxidant function; and Group B vitamins, which are involved in various processes to obtain energy.
