The consumption of HMB 1000 is common among those who practice strength sports.

Buenas tardes. Me pregunto su durante yn entrenamiento de trail de unas 6-7 horas de duracion,este producto seria suficiente aporte de proteinas, sin tener que tomar estas de otro modo. Ed decir,los carbo i electrolitos ya estan controlados con otros productos....faltarian las priteinas y en psstillas serian mas faciles de trsnsportar y tomar..

Hola Antonio, ten en cuenta que el HMB no es un suplemento de proteínas. Para una prueba de estas caractertísticas sería bueno que incluyeras algún recuperador muscular que aporte proteínas en la última parte de la prueba como 226ers Recovery Drink. Para un aseoramiento más específico, siempre es recomendable acudir a un nutricionista especializado en deporte. No dudes en hacernos cualquier otra consulta que tengas al respecto.
