This gel contains the 'triple effect' sugar syrup and a combination of citrates .

This unique blend of sugar comprises the ideal combination of monosaccharides , disaccharides and higher (poly) saccharides . Due to these chains differing in length, they are gradually absorbed by the body. Therefore, you will notice an immediate effect, but you will also have the additional energy that it gives you for a longer period of time.

Citrates are a type of salts. These ensure an optimal fluid balance during exercise. This gel becomes an isotonic drink when combined with 350 ml of water.
