VITAMIN D3 from HERO TECH NUTRITION is a food supplement that provides an amount of 4000 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per daily dose.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble compound and is found naturally in foods as vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vitamin D3 is produced in the human skin by the action of UVB rays (290-310 nm) from sunlight. The third way to obtain vitamin D3 is through food supplements.
