Black garlic obtained from garlic from organic crops, after a long process of natural maturation with controlled temperature and humidity in Córdoba.
It combines the diuretic, purifying, antiseptic and antibacterial qualities of fresh garlic, but a very different flavor: sweet, with spicy nuances and hints of licorice.
It can be consumed alone or in a multitude of recipes.
It does not contain added sugar, gluten or lactose and is suitable for vegans
