Recovery Shake from Etixx is a product designed with an appropriate combination of carbohydrates and proteins, to maximize the recovery of glycogen stores and muscles after training. The carbohydrates it contains come mainly from maltodextrins, an easily assimilated carbohydrate, perfect for recharge glycogen stores quickly after training, for example when performing long-term exercises. It also contains proteins, from whey, essential for promoting the increase and preservation of muscle mass. It also contains vitamins and minerals that help meet micronutrient requirements, such as vitamin B6.
