AMIX grip tapes are ideal for deadlifts and exercises where your forearms limit your training.
The straps, grip tapes or "straps" are two short strips, usually made of cotton or canvas material. These tapes usually have a measure between 30 and 45 centimeters.
The two straps should be wrapped around the wrists and around the bar/dumbbell that will be used for training.
