How to use:
Mix one serving (37 g = 1 scoop) with ½ scoop of skimmed milk or water. Shake or mix well until it resembles conventional crepe batter.
Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and fry until golden brown, on both sides. Experiment with the thickness of the dough, the size and the frying time to make the pancakes that you like the most!
