Cluster Dextrin™ as raw material is a highly branched cyclic dextrin made from corn starch. It is a rapidly absorbed complex carbohydrate that is a good option during and after training, especially in longer endurance sports. Compared to “traditional” maltodextrin, Cluster Dextrin™ has a lower glycemic index and a 200 to 1000 times higher molecular weight. Given its rapid absorption and its high molecular weight, it is not an overload for the digestive system, making it a good option for energy supplementation during and/or after training.

How to use:

Mix 1 serving of the product (25 gr = 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300-400 ml of water or any liquid of your choice. On training days, take 1 serving within 4 hours of intense training or during prolonged training.
