How to use

After lifting, there is a critical anabolic "window of opportunity." To take advantage of this nutritional window, take 1-2 packets within 15-30 minutes immediately after lifting. Even better, take 2 pill packs on your training days: the first before training, just before lifting, and the second after training. If you take a PWO shake, take Animal Nitro first and then wait at least another 30-45 minutes before drinking that shake. When possible, take Animal Nitro on an empty stomach, preferably with 8-12 oz. grape or other fruit juice.
