WHAT ARE HYPERBAR ENERGY BARS?

Crown Nutrition HyperBar Gummy Energy Bars contain 45g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 maltodextrin:fructose ratio and extra sodium (165mg) with a neutral flavor. Version without and with caffeine (80mg). With gummy texture, very easy to eat and without aromas, sweeteners and colorings. Thanks to this unique formulation, it is indicated for athletes seeking high carbohydrate intake.

Within this line we have HyperBar 45 , which is the gummy format adaptation of our HyperGel 45 . Therefore, it is a 60 g double bar (2 × 30 g per container) of the highest quality and with an ideal composition of carbohydrates, caffeine and sodium, nutrients necessary to improve the performance of both workouts as long-term competitions. In this double bar you will have 45 g of carbohydrates (actually 46.1 g), 80 mg of caffeine and an extra contribution of sodium (approx. 165 mg).

HOW TO USE

Depending on individual needs, in terms of carbohydrate intake, a double bar can be taken every interval of 20, 30 or 45 minutes. For this dosage, the amount of caffeine provided by each bar must also be taken into account. For greater convenience , as the package contains 2 30 g bars, they can also be consumed individually.
