What is Gold Drink 500 gr?

Goldrink GoldNutrition® is an isotonic drink that provides mineral salts and sugars,
ideal to be ingested during physical exercise. Its formula contains a combination of different types of sugars (glucose, fructose and maltodextrin), with a 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio, which allows it to optimize its absorption. It also contains an excellent concentration of minerals such as sodium and magnesium. Unlike what happens with most isotonic drinks on the market, Goldrink GoldNutrition® does not contain artificial sweeteners.

How to use

Drink during exercise in small sips, every 15 - 20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of
training consume 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hour of training
