Manganese capsules for food supplementsIf you want to supply your body with the mineral manganese, Health+ manganese capsules are the right food supplement. Each capsule contains 10 mg of the trace element that is important to the human body for various reasons. There it is found mainly in the bones, but also in the pancreas, kidneys and liver. Manganese can be supplied to the body naturally through foods that contain manganese, such as nuts, grain/cereal products, legumes, and vegetables, as well as meat, milk, and dairy products that are lower in manganese. In special cases, however, this supply is insufficient to make up for a manganese deficiency. ANutritional supplements are particularly useful when the need increases. Directions for use: Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water half an hour before meals.
