HCA is an extract from the Garcinia Cambogia plant that has positive properties on carbohydrate metabolism. By modulating the ATP-citrate lyase enzyme, ingested carbohydrates are not stored in fat cells. They remain in the blood longer and are therefore easier to store than glycogen in muscle and liver cells.
