Beta alanine is indicated for all types of sports, but especially for those who practice strength and power or endurance sports.

Beta alanine 300g can be taken alone or in combination with other amino acids or sports supplements.

As a general rule, there are two ways to take this supplement, divide the recommended dose throughout the day or take the full dose as a pre-workout.

If it is taken as a pre-workout, we recommend taking it between 30 and 45 minutes before training.

If a mild and completely harmless effect occurs frequently, the paresthesia or tingling sensation that disappears after a few minutes.

In this case, and if the "tingling" bothers you, we suggest that you divide the dose into smaller doses throughout the day, instead of taking the full dose as a pre-workout.
