At RAWTERS we have developed a supplement based on two herbal extracts (black pepper and turmeric) from plants that have been used in traditional oriental medicine for millennia.

These plants are currently gaining a lot of interest, not only in the gastronomic world, but also in the medical industry for their medicinal properties.

Properties / Benefits
Curcumin is the active ingredient of turmeric, it is a polyphenol with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anticancer and antimutagenic properties.

Below we detail the main benefits attributed to this molecule:

- Improves skin regeneration in conditions such as wounds or burns.

- It is used to alleviate side effects attributed to chemotherapy drugs.

- Beneficial effects for different types of cancer (colon, prostate, lung) because it stops the production of tumor cells.

- Since it is a powerful anti-inflammatory, symptoms derived from pathologies such as arthritis, tendonitis, or post-workout muscle pain will be reduced.

The problem with curcumin is its low bioavailability, we barely manage to absorb a significant amount to notice results.

For this reason, in RAWTERS we have added piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper.

Piperine increases the bioavailability of curcumin when administered together.
