Due to its pantothenic acid content, it contributes to normal intellectual performance; to reduce tiredness and fatigue; to normal energy metabolism; and the synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Amount provided per recommended daily dose:
Pantothenic acid: 0.9 mg (15% VRN).
Vitamin B1: 0.165 mg (15% NRV).
