Ratio 2:1 glucose:fructose: this combination of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose contribute to the replacement of both muscle and liver glycogen, both necessary in the post-exercise recovery process.

High quality protein from whey isolate (ISOLAC®) obtained by CFM (cross flow microfiltration) rich in essential amino acids and low in fat. It is scientifically proven that protein contributes to preserving and increasing muscle mass in situations of physical wear and tear.

Up to 100% NRV in the recommended daily dose of vitamins A, D, E, C and group B and the minerals magnesium, copper, manganese and zinc.

Up to 800mg of sodium in the recommended daily dose to promote rehydration after training and competitions.

The flavor comes from a natural flavor source, without artificial sweetener or coloring.

How to use

Dissolve 5 measures (60 g) in 400 ml of water and take it during the first 30 minutes after finishing the exercise. Shake well to achieve perfect dissolution of the product. Contains mediator.
