BIKE TECHNOLOGY

• Massi 's bike technology uses unidirectional carbon layers with an optimized weight-strength ratio to achieve maximum stiffness. UHM Toray fibers comply with the most resistant fatigue tests and certify the reliability of all their frames.
• The frames equipped with Twin-Sys technology are arranged for the assembly of mechanical or electronic assemblies indifferently, allowing the user to switch from one system to another easily and without buying a new frame.
• AIRLIGHT triple-butted alloy forming is used in their high-end aluminum frames. This is the evolution of the Al-Zn-Mg alloy to achieve a lower weight while preserving exactly the same stiffness index.
• The best balance of stiffness, strength and weight for your most popular frames. The cylinders in variable thickness Tb are manufactured with great precision to achieve the best performance of the frame. Polished welds that give your aluminum frames an enormous level of finish. STA guarantees excellent resistance and gives a clean and flat finish to welds.

HELMETS TECHNOLOGY

• Inner shell with ventilation channels specially designed for better air circulation.
• MASSI helmets are tested under the currently applicable European directives and rules.
• The DOUBLE IN MOLD process uses multiple molds in the fusion process between the outer shell and the inner EPS. The result is a lighter and stronger structure.
• CONTENGO is a specially developed EPS polymer to minimize cracks in the material and improve shock absorption. Its structure in the form of cells gives the best performance with the minimum weight.
• Quick anchoring system for visor installation.
• The chin joint provides greater comfort and a quick and simple adjustment.
• Double layer pads for perfect comfort.
• Details and reinforcements made of 3K carbon fiber.

COVERS TECHNOLOGY

• Each and every one of their MTB tires come equipped with a layer of rubber under the tread that significantly improves their resistance to punctures and also increases their rigidity.
• Developed from its DT compound, the RT is the perfect solution for the most demanding riders. A unique rubber is used on the studs located on the sidewall to improve the lateral grip of the tire.
• The carcass fibers have been oriented radially to improve lateral rigidity and torsional resistance.
• The Kevlar hoop is lighter and more flexible than the usual steel hoops. Thanks to its lightness, we can save up to 40g per cover. As an added benefit, Kevlar beaded tires are easier to mount.
• Rubber middle layer that strengthens the sidewall of the tire and improves puncture resistance.
• A high-density Nylon casing has been combined with a uniquely stiff rubber compound to increase resistance to tire sidewall punctures.
• The DT compound offers the perfect balance between traction and durability for all types of terrain in which, for the tread, a 60A hardness rubber stands out that gives low rolling resistance and good resistance to wear.
