Buenas He visto en internet que la dosis perfecta de la zma y de 30 zinc,450 magnésium y10,5 de vitamina B6. Acabó de hacer un pedido de zma quamatrax 100 y los cantidades de cada ánimo son inferiores( casi la mitad por una dosi) de lo que necesito. Quiero saber si sería un buena idea de tomar 2 pastillas para a llegar mis objetivos. Un saludos
