How to use:

In cold/temperate weather

• Drink from the beginning of the effort one or two drinks between every 5 and 10 minutes.
• The organism needs more calories to fight the cold: respect the indicated doses.
• Complete the energy intake with the consumption of an OVERSTIM.s gel every hour.
• Some Hydrixir preparations can be taken hot: salty tomato flavored Hydrixir, lemon tea Hydrixir, peach tea, green-mint tea and raspberry tea.

with hot weather

• Drink from the beginning of the effort one or two drinks every 5 minutes.
• Don't forget to bring plain water to spray or rinse your mouth with.
• If you reduce the dose, complete the energy intake with the consumption of a gel every 3/4 of an hour.
• To avoid saturation and rejection of sugar, choose salty Hydrixir.
