Content of the Half Marathon Pack:

1 bottle of Gatosport 400 g, 1 bottle of 50 cl pre-competition drink, 1 tube of liquid Antioxidant gel, 1 tube of liquid Energix, 1 tube of liquid Coup de fouet and 1 back belt

How to use:

Breakfast (or last meal before the race): 1/3 of Gatosport accompanied by water, tea or coffee,

Stabilization of glycemia: regularly drink 1 bottle of 50 cl of pre-competition drink regularly and in small quantities during the last hour before taking the start,

Just before departure: 1 tube of Liquid Antioxidant Gel + 5 to 10 cl of water,
