BCAA ( Branched Chain Amino Acids ) Orange-Mango contains the essential amino acids leucine , isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Taken 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after training, muscle breakdown is minimized and muscle growth and recovery are enhanced.

Additionally, BCAA Orange-Mango is ideally used after a period of inactivity or injury or when starting a new exercise program.

How to use:

For intense training take 10 gr (2 tablespoons) with 250 ml of water before and another 10 gr (2 tablespoons) with 250 ml after training.

For a light-moderate workout take 5 gr (1 tablespoons) with 125 ml of water before and another 5 gr (1 tablespoons) with 125 ml after training.
