226ERS RACE DAY BCAAS INFORMATION

The Race Day are an evolution of the Endurance Fuel Bar BCAA, being thinner, easier to transport and chew.

With 8:1:1 BCAAs and a 40 g weight, it is perfect to take during training sessions and competitions as they are easy to chew in texture and have very pleasant flavors.

The main features of this bar are:

• Reduced dimensions and 40 g weight.

• The amount of fig has been increased and the date has been reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index so that they provide energy but insulin spikes are reduced.

• A bar is 124 kcal and between 21 and 25 g of carbohydrates depending on the flavor.

• Nuts have been removed to make it easier to eat and aid digestion.

• They carry pumpkin seeds that give consistency to the texture and provide healthy fats and proteins.

• With organic ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas.

• They contain BCAAs in a 8:1:1 ratio (Leucine+).

• A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins at 50% of the NRV has been added.
