How to use:

Take 1 or several doses a day, 25 minutes before meals (10 gr. per service = 10 capsules).

For the professional : Half an hour before training: 1 dose of 10g, as a dietary supplement, associated with energy requirements and vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Additionally, 25 minutes before the meal following training:
