En cuanto tiempo notas el aumento d la masa muscular?cuanto seria mejor tomar 50 o 100gr?gracias

Hola Roberto, esto es muy relativo ya que también influye la dieta y el entrenamiento que sigas. Lo normal es que empieces a notar cambios a partir de la segunda semana, y que estos se hagan más visibles a partir del primer mes.
