ND3® is a powder presentation to be reconstituted in water, which once dissolved, composes a slightly hypotonic solution that combines different types of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose: fructose ratio, with BCAA'S amino acids (100% Ajinomoto Co.) in ratio 8:1:1 and L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®). Powdered food supplement with sugar and sweetener.

Dissolve 1 sachet (60 g) in 500 ml of water. Shake well before use. Drink small sips during training sessions and competitions that last longer than 60 minutes. It is recommended to consume between 60 g and 120 g per day depending on the intensity and duration of the effort.
