WHAT IS INFISPORT ND3 15 STICKS X 60 GR?

ND3® 15 Sticks X 60 Gr from Infisport is a powder presentation to be reconstituted in water, which, once dissolved, makes up a slightly hypotonic solution that combines different types of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose: fructose ratio, with BCAA'S ( 100% Ajinomoto Co.) in a 8:1:1 ratio and L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®).

HOW DOES THE INFISPORT ND3 WORK?

When we make prolonged efforts, we consume glycogen at the same time that free radicals are being released that damage the muscle fiber and cause a significant increase in metabolic acidosis. But, if this effort is prolonged over time, the branched-chain amino acids themselves begin to be consumed, producing a large amount of amino acids that must be eliminated quickly.

Infisport's ND3 combines various types of carbohydrates along with branched-chain amino acids in an 8:1:1 ratio and incorporates vitamins to help protect cells from oxidative damage.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 help with tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin B1 helps normal energy metabolism.

HOW TO TAKE ND3 FROM INFISPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Dissolve 1 sachet (60 g) in 500 ml of water. Shake well before taking. Drink small sips during training sessions and competitions that last longer than 60 minutes. It is recommended to consume between 60 g and 120 g per day depending on the intensity and duration of the effort.

It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily dose.

It does not contain gluten, lactose, or fat. It is suitable for vegans.
