WHAT IS 226ERS ISOTONIC DRINK?

226ERS Isotonic Drink is the 226ers isotonic drink based on minerals and electrolytes with which you will maintain hydration, even during the most intense workouts.

When we exercise, we lose water and electrolytes through sweat, which can cause dehydration, fatigue, muscle aches and hyponatremia, something that can be fatal in the most extreme cases.

To avoid dehydration, we must replenish mineral salts and electrolytes with the help of isotonic drinks such as 226ers Isotonic Drink.

WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF 226ERS ISOTONIC DRINK?

• Low caloric intake; less than 80 kcal/ 500 ml.
• High content of amylopectin , a next-generation carbohydrate, which offers up to 80% faster gastric emptying and 70% faster glycogen recharge.
• High content of mineral salts , to replenish those lost during exercise.
• Contribution of beta alanine , an inhibitor of lactic acid (responsible for the feeling of fatigue)

HOW TO USE

Mix 1.5 scoops (20 grams) of 226ers Isotonic Drink with the included scoop inside into 500ml of water and shake.

Consume regularly during exercise, in small doses of 150 ml every 15-20 minutes, approximately. In case of high temperatures or situations of large liquid losses, dilute 20 grams in a liter of water.

WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTS?

To guarantee optimal hydration, even in the most adverse conditions, we recommend combining 226ers Isotonic Drink with taking 226ers Salts Electrolytes, with a dose of 1 capsule for every hour of exercise. This dose can increase up to 2 capsules in extreme heat conditions.

In addition to taking care of hydration, we recommend recharging glycogen stores during exercise. Although 226ers Isotonic already contains amylopectin , we recommend accompanying it with a 226ers energy gel, every approximately 60 minutes, an amount that may vary depending on the level of demand.
