LIFE PRO BCAA PRO 8:1:1 300G contains Ajinomoto branched-chain amino acids in the ratio of 8:1:1 , or what is the same, 8 parts of L-Leucine to 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L- Isoleucine.
This ratio of 8:1:1 is studied as the optimum for muscle growth, L-Leucine is the essential amino acid that the body needs to create new cells, therefore increasing muscle size.

How to use:
Take 2 measures (7.5g), after training and before going to bed.
