Rice flour is a product with a high nutritional value that is gluten-free unlike wheat or oat flour, making it suitable for people with celiac disease (gluten intolerance).
Rice flour:
- It is a source of energy: due to its carbohydrate content.
- It has a high nutritional value: it contains a large amount of minerals, highlighting calcium and iron, and it is also rich in vitamins such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine and riboflavin.
Natural flavor: 100% extra fine rice flour.
Nutel flavor (chocolate + hazelnuts): rice flour, aroma, defatted cocoa powder, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neohesperidin DC).
PREPARATION SUGGESTIONS :
- To prepare pancakes, mix 100 g of product with 250 g of egg white. Cook
medium heat, approx. 3 minutes on each side.
- In porridge, depending on the desired consistency add more or less water.
- To enrich a protein shake, add a couple of spoons and mix.
