N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is a stable form of the non-essential amino acid LCysteine that is present in a multitude of mucolytic pharmaceutical preparations to treat respiratory conditions that cause excessive mucus production, however, in the field of sport, It is considered a highly appreciated ergogenic aid, since:

How to use

1 tablet daily, preferably before meals.

INGREDIENTS:

acetylcysteine (NAC) 49.6%, stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Lactose-free, gluten-free.

Hola, se puede tomar NAC diariamente, solo como prevención de gripe, catarros y para desintoxicar el cuerpo? La dosis, entiendo que es una cápsula de 600mg. al día? Se puede tomar vitamina C junto al NAC? GRACIAS!!!

Hola Rosa Marina Si, se puede tomar una cápsula diaria. Te recomendamos tomarlo durante 2-3 meses seguidos como máximo y a continuación descansar 2-3 semanas para evitar que tu cuerpo se acostumbre y el suplemento pierda efectividad.
