WHAT IS 226ERS NEO BAR 45% PROTEIN?

226ers NEO BAR are 50g protein bars that provide around 23g of protein per bar and less than 1g of sugar. The protein comes from ingredients such as milk protein isolate and collagen hydrolyzed protein, thus favoring the uptake of amino acids.

They contain glycerin that has a moisturizing function when used in food. At a sports level, it contributes to achieving a state of hyperhydration, so it can help maintain hydration levels in the athlete, contributing to maintaining performance.

The soy nuggets give it a crunchy touch in addition to adding vegetable protein from legumes. Enriched with 57 mg of magnesium per bar, it contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and their protein synthesis. And a mix of added vitamins: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamins B3, B6 and B1.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 226ERS NEO BAR PROTEIN

226ers Neo Bar Protein is a very versatile bar that can be taken at any time of the day, although we recommend:

• Before training: Take 1 bar between 40-60 minutes before training, so that the body will have enough time to properly assimilate these nutrients and achieve greater performance. Taking this protein bar will delay the onset of fatigue and reduce the risk of muscle injury.
• Post-workout: Take 1 bar within 30 minutes of exercise. In the case of a more intense competition or test, we recommend taking 1 bar every hour, within two hours after finishing.
• For extra recovery: Take 1 bar at breakfast the day after strenuous, long-term training or competition.
