Hola Maite, este complemento es una fórmula con ingredientes de alta calidad. Está elaborado base de aceite de pescado y luteína, principalmente ofrece un antioxidante pero también ayuda a reforzar la salud de la vista. Puedes tomarlo con Visto Best omega 3 6 9 sin problema, pero ten en cuenta que ambos son aceite de pescado, por lo que cumplen la función.
