Milk Thistle is used to support liver health, contribute to its protection and detoxification. Cardo Mariano or Cardo de María is a wild plant that grows frequently in European countries. It has a very striking flower head, which is collected during its flowering. It is from there that the seeds are collected, which are highly appreciated for their richness in silymarin.

In our Milk Thistle capsules, we use dry extracts, instead of pulverized plant. The extract presentation allows the product to be concentrated, which makes it possible to obtain the same result using less quantity. We have chosen a Milk Thistle extract 40:1 , which means that 10,000 mg of the plant have been used to obtain 250 mg of our extract.
