Turmeric is a herbaceous plant, characteristic of warm and humid areas. Throughout history it has been used as a dye, as a spice and also for medicinal purposes. Turmeric as such, is extracted from the root, it is deep yellow in color. The most important components of turmeric are a group of compounds called curcuminoids , which include Curcumin .

In our Turmeric capsules, we use dry extracts, instead of the pulverized plant. The extract presentation allows the product to be concentrated, which makes it possible to obtain the same result using less quantity. We have chosen a 20 : 1 Turmeric extract, which means that 1000 mg of the plant have been used to obtain 50 mg of our extract.

The mention of "dry extract" refers to a specific extraction process, in which the active principles of interest are maintained and impurities and other substances not interesting for this purpose are eliminated.

How to use:

Take one capsule a day. It is recommended to consume it with breakfast.
