Green tea is a product made from the Camellia sinensis plant. It is universally known as a drink, however its consumption in extract form is becoming more and more popular.
Known for millennia, and used by numerous civilizations. Its use and consumption has only increased. Green tea is characterized by its presence of Vitamin C (used in Asian trips to prevent scurvy), by L-theanine and, above all, it is characterized by the presence of polyphenols and catechins.

How to use:
Take two capsules a day, spread over two of the main meals.
